"..."
The dark cloaked man glared at the backs of the adventurers. "Dirty, ungrateful fools... Darn you, Cspace!" he whispered. Flying off into a random direction, he made sure he kept the adventurers in his sight.. but intended to let the cyclone hit the reknosks.
Three Adventurers And A Group Of Reknosks

The cyclone surrounds the reknosks, and they are left disoriented for a few moments. They realize that Saelel cast the spell, and ultimately realize that they are surrounded by those with great affinity. Then they look up in a seemingly random direction, and seem to find the situation pointless for the moment. The Fallen is calling them to return, most likely to catch the adventurers on another day. The reknosks scatter and run off into the distance.
Van's Disciples turn to dust. Knowing that this is a time of confusion for him, The Fallen will grant him a chance to redeem himself.
... After a few moments, the sound of cavalry can be heard in the distance. Either the forces of Forlon or Aderon are near, but they are too far off to catch at this time. All the newcomers are dumbfounded by the recent events, but when they remember their reason for being here, the adventurers appear to have disappeared somewhere toward the south. They seem to be moving toward the Zolan Range, but once again, they are hidden in the vastness of the desert.

"Well, that was utterly pointless," Reikin muttered to himself. Seeing no reason to remain in his Espheir form, he turns back into his normal Aphorite form. He was quite unusual for an Aphorite, as he had nearly no piece of advanced technology on him. If it were not for small distinguishing features between a Human and an Aphorite, he may have successfully passed off as a Human Healer.
He noted the three headed towards the Zolan Range and even though they may not be heading there, that it would be a good place to start. He would have to be quick before the armies arrive however, so he mutters a few words that cannot be heard and not too soon after Elhrim, his gryphon appears. He mounts the gryphon and flies off towards the Zolan Range.

Saelel whispers the storm away, his work being done. As the sun peers out from behind the quickly dissipating clouds, steam begins to rise off of the ground, as the water is flash heated.
He took a moment to collect his thoughts. Seven reknosks had been chasing those adventurers, and despite the cloaked man's tries to assist them, they had denied him.
Probably because his intentions are evil. Saelel thought. After all, even though he had saved the cloaked man, the man seemed so driven to get the adventurers that he had left Saelel behind. The cloaked man clearly wanted the adventurers for his own purposes. In any case, these three mysterious characters were being chased by The Fallen. Saelel made up his mind to assist in any way he could.
Putting his hood back over his head, Saelel walked in the direction of the dragon's flight.

Van finishes summoning a dark chimera. He mounts the beast and runs away from the battlefield defeated. This was a battle he was not equipped to win...
OOC: Ugh, I completely missed this fight... Also, I should point out that it is somewhat bad to put someone in a position that they must fight against their own deity.
