I will be gone from Thursday, Dec. 6 to Saturday, Dec. 8. I am running in the USATF Cross Country National meet again this year. It's being held in Lawrence, Kansas. This is my last year, and I'll be a day under 18 on Saturday (I'm barely legal!). I should be home on Sunday (Birthday!). Wish me luck! TheSmile.gif

Well, I didn't do as well as I hoped, but I did do well when you factor in the conditions. I had a cramp throughout, the course was hilly, and it was very cold and windy. The trip was icy, but we made it there and back safely. Not too bad for my last race bluetongue.gif .

Yeah, even though I got 23:37 in the 5k, it's not a big deal. I don't take Cross Country too seriously. I just do it to keep healthy TheSmile.gif .
