What he needs to realize is that every MMORPG has "cash sellers" and several of them have bots or advertisement nubbin's. WoW has them, EQ had some, it goes on and on. Why don't they just understand "If they want to cheat, let them. It's their gaming experience."
I don't care, really, what has happened to the Wilderness. I never go there anyway. But the idea sounds kinda dorky. Is Gower trying to put on some stereotypically larger shoes?
Ever since I can remember, I always thought of Gower as a coke-bottle glassed skinny little british kid sitting on a computer. His actions prove to me that it must be true.

Private Drop Parties no longer exist. At all. You have to use the Party Room now, it seems. And the amount of people who will be swarming the Party Room makes it nearly useless.
Clan Wars sounds interesting.
WTF is with the Revenants crap?
The bounty hunter thing could be fun. Depends on the person playing, I guess.
I guess I won't ever be able to help anyone by giving them gifts anymore.
Why is everyone skulled now? Or is that something I misinterpreted?
What has happened to normal PKing now?

Funny, I thought that after the summoning update, the swarm of people coming back would happen again, and runescape would be at it's best, now I wouldn't be surprised if Runescape died by summer.

To make sure the wilderness doesn't become super easy for anyone to 'own'.
You're skulled when entering Bounty Hunter.
Games don't die because people leave, a game continues to exist for as long as someone has at least one server.

It's an extreme update, but it is one that can be easily adjusted to.
-Skills are finally more valuable than they have ever been.
-I don't like safe 'bounty' events... clan wars should have risk.
-If you want to help a person possibly get money, use the Lootshare.
Wouldn't be surprised to see adjustments later.

Bounty is different then Clan Wars.
Bounty is One on One, Clan Wars is Multi-Player.
Bounty is a 'Risky Mini-Game' and Clan Wars is a 'Safe Mini-Game'

Don't quit.. It'll take a lot of getting used to, yes, but I hope you wouldn't quit over it.

Affects everyone. Quick summary: All items have been given a market value, and whenever you try trading with someone, you can't make a trade where the difference in the values of stuff given/taken is 3,000 gold.
So, can't give people things that are worth more than 3k, for free. Things that are worth more than 3k don't appear on teh ground when you drop them. Or die.
And also, when going into the wildy, can't bring things that normally wouldnt be brought pking. Like excessive amounts of gold, phats, etc.
So yeah, it's to stop people from selling gold and items with real world money.

Yes.
Goes into effect in Jan.
Not the wildy, just the PKing area (EG: Bounty Hunter).

Uh, but they're getting rid of the wildy and making the PKing areas. I was just cutting it down as a summary.
