What do you want to do with it? And which campaigns do you have?

If you want to be the team sponge and absorb damage forever and a day and not die, thats one buiild, but if you want to blind your opponents, or deal various types of damage, those are seperate stories.

Personally, my view on tanks in missions and in a group is to be a sponge. I have a really powerful sponge build I can post later when i get back to my computer with GW on it. If you want more a damage oriented warrior, best ask someone like Goto. I rarely use warriors in my parties. ^^;;;;

Hmmm... I haven't used a warrior much in years, and even then my builds were idiosyncratic enough that I doubt you'd get much out of them. Probably your best bet is to find a build directory somewhere and try to get some useful tips from one of those, I suggest PvXWiki.
