I'd probably prefer it more to the LotR films. I loved the first one but hated the second and third because of the huge amount of fighting. I guess I just don't like those kinda films.

As far as I can remember The Hobbit has very little fighting in it, and I really enjoyed the books ^^

If it's anything like the LotR movies, then I will love it. The hobbit isn't as gloomy at the LotR story, so if it were to have the "amazingness factor" the the trilogy movies, then it would be a fantastic movie.

I probably wouldn't be interested in a Hobbit Movie, though.

All three LoTR movies made me cry at several points during the movie. Whether it was circumstances, music, or just the atmosphere. It was awesome.

The Hobbit cartoon movie was sweet. Really helped me understand how the LoTR stories went.

I hope it's good.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
