The Aphorite does not seem to hear you. Either that, or he's ignoring you. He wheels the tableish thing through another door to the right of the one at the end of the hall, and it closes behind him.
Your first time here, when you blasted through the broken door, you did not take much notice of what lay behind it, for you had immediately gone up the emergency hatch. The emergency hatch is still there, to the left of the door that was once broken, and the door that the Aphorite went through is to the right. There is another door farther down the corridor, continuing the hallway.

Due to the undescriptiveness of your post, I shall make things you did more specific.
You run into the medical facility and see the Aphorite bent over an old woman, holding one of the syringes. The other four, on the table next to him, are all empty. There are four other people in the facility, Aphorite soldiers by their uniform, so you can only assume they've all been killed. You stab the Aphorite who is about to kill the old woman before he does, effectively saving her life. She, however, is unconscious.
