You think that perhaps if you end the docking procedures from the inside of the ship so that it retracts landing gear, and then open the airlock from some sort of hangar terminal somewhere, the ship could possibly be pulled out into space.

OOC: ... I -really- don't think that'd work, but it's the first thing I could think of short of you piloting the ship out yourself, but then you'd have no way to get back

Neraphym charges into the ship and heads for the bridge. The quality of the starship impresses Neraphym. Once at the bridge, he attempts to contact Vurivin from the ship's own radio.

[Darkness]

You make contact.

"Admiral...? Where are you? What are you doing? I see you got the auxiliary power online. Good job."

[Neraphym]

Neraphym: "I am inside the disabled ship you discovered. Your ship is going to crash. We need to evacuate. Get as many men as you can to this ship and we'll eject it into space. It's the only hope of saving any of us."

[Darkness]

All that Vurivin hears of your message is "I am inside the disabled ship you discovered. Your ship is going". It is then that auxiliary power dies, and the ship's communications on the bridge that Vurivin had been receiving your message from dies.

[Neraphym]

Neraphym: "Vurivin? Vurivin!? Damn!"

Neraphym deactiviates the landing gear and leaves. He attempts to find an airlock control panel.

[Darkness]

Just outside of the door to this hangar you find a panel that seems to control that hangar's airlock.

[Neraphym]

Neraphym closes the door and deactivates the airlock.

[Darkness]

... Something happens. It probably worked, but who knows?

[Neraphym]

Neraphym runs the the lift and returns to the bridge.

[Darkness]

The bridge is in chaos. Aphorites mill about everywhere.

[Neraphym]

Neraphym: "Vurivin! Status report!"

[Darkness]

"We have lost all power. Radio signal to all teams we have sent out has been lost. Before we lost auxiliary power, our automated defense systems activated and fired on the creatures. The weapons were ineffective."

[Neraphym]

Neraphym: "Nothing can be done to save this ship. We must evacuate."

[Darkness]

"We can't evacuate. There's still a chance they can be defeated! We must fight back. Would you mind doing something for me, Admiral?"
