I'm not saying that there isn't a metal called Mithril, but it's neither the metal concieved by Tolkien, nor is it an original name. If some guy smelted silver and iron together and called it Mithril, then I guess it's a metal. But they bozo was obviously a lazy bum, copying Tolkien. Tsk tsk tsk...

lol, who cares, mithril could be real, or mabey the author of that book that pkerdude got it out of had just read to much fantasy/LOTR books Whatever_anim.gif
