Here's my Bonder build. It also shows me maintaining 13 bonds and having -9 energy regen. bluetongue.gif



Basically, you bond everyone except yourself and the BiP first with Life Barrier (E), then with Life Bond. This reduces the damage they receive down to 25%. Bonding the BiP doesn't help, as they'd die anyway. Essence Bond on the tank helps keep energy up. Use Mantra of Inscriptions and spam Blessed Signet for energy. Extinguish is to be used on the tank if he goes over a trap and needs crippled removed. Finally, you have Shield of Absorption. Use this as a cover enchant over the bonds when the tank charges into mesmer infested areas, or if the pressure on the tank heats up too much.

That's.....alot of energy degen. With Blood is Power at Max, and Blood Ritual, and the natural +4 of monks, you just break even and dont degen.

Essence bond though. That'd be a major help for keeping the energy up, same with blessed signet... +20 every 6 or 7 seconds or so, that makes you break even, because -9 is losing 3 energy per second.

I had no trouble maintaining it. I think it only went down when I accidentally used extinguish (15 energy) and between long runs (after griffins, forgemaster, Tower of Strength and restore.

I really want to get my monk further in Cantha so I can get a bit more experience with it. Support classes like that, where your reflexes arent really too much of a problem would be fun to try out some time. I'd fail miserably if I went a healer, lol. xD

Healing isn't too bad. Think of it as using "Finish Him!" on you own team mates, and it heals them. That last part is important. bluetongue.gif

Well, healing can be bad. It's even worse with massive amounts of conditions, especially burning str.gif .
