i eat just cereal on the weekdays and drink a cup of Joe (coffee ). i eat eggs (sunny side up ), bacon!, sausage with syrup (yum!), pancakes, waffles, and sometimes toast. it depends what my mom makes, hehe.

If I don't eat breakfast, I die of hunger. It doesn't matter how much I eat for dinner; When I wake up there's a hole burning in my stomach! I love most breakfast foods. Cereal, Pop-Tarts, and oatmeal are my daily staples. I also enjoy a good round of pancakes, waffles, muffins, toast, english muffins, and bagels. I don't normally eat bacon or sausage because of the astronomical fat and grease content. (I don't eat fried/greasy/overly fatty foods.) A slice of ham with a large breakfast isn't bad, though. I don't really like the taste of eggs.

Uhh... normal breakfast for me would be (Persian) bread, cheese, butter, walnuts, and sometimes tea. And sometimes avocado.

But, sometimes other stuff. Sometimes fruit. Sometimes nothing! Sometimes whatever is in the fridge. Sometimessoulsoflittlekids. ;D

eggs and pancakes are sides for bacon. this is common knowledge.

On Topic: I make breakfast as much as I can. Bacon, eggs, a bread item(me loves to bake ), coffee/water, sometimes hash browns. Depends really on how much time I have.

Toast is at least the equal of most of the other options, just because it can be a side does not mean it only is.

On weekends and holidays I normally sleep in late enough that I don't bother with breakfast, and just have an early lunch. When I have to get up early, usually either cereal or toast. Some of the other ones are nice, too much effort involved though. I will sometimes have pancakes or bacon and eggs for brunch, though.

Cold pizza is clearly the win for breakfast, though. Did that yesterday.

I don't see how people can just not eat a meal when they wake up, breakfast or otherwise. I mean, when I eat breakfast, it's been 11+ hours since I ate last.

But sometimes, especially if it's early, your body's simply used to sleeping and not doing anything and the thought of actual food makes one feel slightly sick! It's perfectly understandable.
