In Our Guild...

QUOTE (Cspace @ Feb 4 2008, 07:04 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
We're going to need to do some organizing if we plan to succeed. We exist in many games, so let's take advantage of it. We're going to need to work together as Arbiters, and not just as members of factions. SeeD, DoA, and any factions that are to come or return to activity, are all together in the same guild. One's success will be positive for all the rest. thumb.gif

We're going to need to start from the top... Temporary volunteer positions, intended to focus on organizing our entire guild for successful recruiting and events. Those who volunteer will be organizing our willing members for recruiting and events, so our attempts are focused and not scattered. I cannot do this for every faction, so we're all going to need to work with each other. Our goals won't be far off once we begin to work together at them.

Right now, I'm sincerely asking for up to these numbers of volunteers for the described position:

- Three members of SeeD (in Runescape)

- Three members of DoA

- One member who likes shooters

- One member who likes RTS

- One DarkStorm player

- Two members who are just here for the forums

If a volunteer is not currently in CIK, he or she will automatically be welcomed. thumb.gif

This is just a starting point... yes.gif

I spent a little time looking around for recruits, helped some guildless people with some missions and only one of them said yes when asked if they wanted to join our guild. The jerk left after like... 5 hours. I guess I can try again some time though, it was some fun. I really like doing missions >.< Seems to be a good way to getpeople to join the guild, not like the silly spamming messages in Old Ascalon or LA or other big towns.

So yeah, I guess I can try that again some time when i'm bored (Happens all too often <_<)
Empty sig is empty.

Not sure how to help much beyond I what I do, trying to drop hints about our guild when helping people or giving stuff away, etc. Hard to get people to join without being a PvP guild with alot of faction, or just standing in town for days spamming, and then get someone to join for a few days at most.

The best way is to get to know someone and get them to join. Anyways, I'm going to spam my Xbox live friends list with a message to join the guild if they're GW players.

Most of the people on my list are alright, but I don't know how they carry themselves on the internet.
