Not sure. That IS a tough one. I know Rial is a form of currency, which makes sense given the last line if combined in a certain way, but since the other one doesn't fit, that means I am thinking of it wrong, and I can't seem to break my mind out of that pattern for the riddle. Need to step back and try again later.

I spent like half an hour and i think i know what it is. Although it made alot more sense when you said tear, instead of rip

The present tense of ripping "IT". You "Tear IT"
The past term of ripping "RIAL". You "Tore RIAL"
The last part was easy, VAN+TAGE = you ad van and tage, advantage

If you add all the words together you get.....
