If I hear someones phone going off with a RS ringtone I would have to take off my shoe and throw it at them.

Although RS was the first MMO I have ever played.

They've resorted to this due to the steady decline in new memberships. bluetongue.gif

People signup all the time.

Both new and old players signup for members all the time.

The people playing is steady.

The decline in people playing happened due to the lack of bots.

People do still auto from time to time, but are likely to be caught if they're obvious about it, or for many different reasons [won't go into it, although most people are aware of the reasons].

What's all this mean? People still play RuneScape, and there is no "steady decline". Decline? Yes. Steady? No.

(BTW: Anyone showing statistics such as website usage will be laughed at, due to website usage does not show membership accounts).
