From my understanding he goes to college, and is taking some type of science degree or something. Personally? I don't know him, so I'm not going to say anything against him.
Oh, going up or down on the ranks isn't a huge deal either way, and AFAIK he doesn't care about rankings anyway. =\
Just saying: I doubt anyone here knows him IRL, so let's try to -at least- admit rankings don't matter. =\

Far as im aware the girl he married ingame a while back was an actual rl girlfriend who hes marrying sometime soon so theyve both stopped playing, dunno when the wedding is just what ive picked up over time.

All the rumors about him are stupid no one knows if hes a girl or boy. all the stuff about him getting married or being the daughter of the guy who made rs or being some fat guy who lives on the PC its just stupid.

Just because a person is high ranking in Runescape does not mean they have no life. I personally know the number three player, Green098. She has a life, and still makes time for Runescape. No need to track his ranking either, we're all people, even him.
