Look! Cspace himself had even bolded 'send me a PM' the first time! I think that makes it rather clear you should send him a pm
And Jakethecheesepuff also does not have your name in the 'How Did You Hear of Us?' box in his profile.
... Really, it's lovely you recruited him, but I don't think anyone really cares who you recruit XD Which might be why Cspace told you to... wait for it... send a PM! =D
