Well, bit of a snag I've hit. I'm about to have to make a mandatory trip out of town in the next few weeks to meet up with an internet buddy again. The only downside of seeing them again is that the trip, coupled with room expenses, travel, food and entertainment, as well as requiring to have my vehicle serviced fully before the trip is made.

The suits arrival will certainly be set back a good amount of time. But the reason behind the delay is nothing short of awesome.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".

Jeebus, you've had about a jillion setbacks. We should make a TV program: 'Res's quest for the Halo suit'
And show it a 9:00 on weekdays and get Eddie Murphy to play Res. And have 3 serieses. And Tom Hanks could play your internet buddy. And the conclusion should be you get the suit but it blows up.

I've met the Numa guy. He is scary. This is not him.
AOLChat is gross, and I wouldn't consider meeting anyone from there.
I've met them IRL before though, and was going to do it again, but never had funds or means of being able to. So now I do.

Plasma rifle arrived.
I find it amazing that nobody uses C batteries anymore, so none are stocked ANYWHERE in my house.

But yes. 1/2 items collected for best HALOween costume ever.

Nevermind. The suit is still on. The trip was canceled.

On a higher note, I found another site that sells the same suit with a little more information, and for $100 cheaper.

Going for it after this Friday.
