| Firemaking Guide By Hyperfried Firemaking is a very simple skill, devoted to the sole purpose of lighting a fire. It is mostly used for cooking things when a range is not near, either for eating and restoring health or for selling. To light a fire, gather a tinderbox and hatchet. Cut a tree. You will get a pile of logs. Drop your logs. Use your tinderbox on the logs. That’s how you light a fire! Now, sometimes lighting a fire doesn’t work. Depending on your level, it can take multiple tries to get right. Here is a picture of myself, lighting a fire: ![]() As you light more fires, you will advance in firemaking levels. Here is a picture of myself gaining a level: ![]() As your fires burns, it will eventually burn out, and turn into ashes, as seen here: ![]() Here are a few tips for firemaking:
Another great thing about firemaking is the fact that you can also do it for fun! A lot of people enjoy making fireart. Usually, you make fires in a shape of a word or... thing (heh) that can be seen on your world map. Here is myself, saying a little hello: ![]() Anyway, as for an exp. calculator, there is no confirmed table, but God of End, currently 98 firemaking has made one, and I will show it here (Thank you Rabk) 1- 26.75 2- 28.5 3- 30.25 4- 32 5- 33.75 6- 35.5 7- 37.25 8- 39 9- 40.75 10- 42.5 11- 44.25 12- 46 13- 47.75 14- 49.5 15- 51.25 16- 53 17- 54.75 18- 56.5 19- 58.25 20- 60 21- 61.75 22- 63.5 23- 65.25 24- 67 25- 68.75 26- 70.5 27- 72.25 28- 74 29- 75.75 30- 77.5 31- 79.25 32- 81 33- 82.75 34- 84.5 35- 86.25 36- 88 37- 89.75 38- 91.5 39- 93.25 40- 95 41- 96.75 42- 98.5 43- 100.25 44- 102 45- 103.75 46- 105.5 47- 107.25 48- 109 49- 110.75 50- 112.5 51- 114.25 52- 116 53- 117.75 54- 119.5 55- 121.25 56- 123 57- 124.75 58- 126.5 59- 128.25 60- 130 61- 131.75 62- 133.5 63- 135.25 64- 137 65- 138.75 66- 140.5 67- 142.25 68- 144 69- 145.75 70- 147.5 71- 149.25 72- 151 73- 152.75 74- 154.5 75- 156.25 76- 158 77- 159.75 78- 161.5 79- 163.25 80- 165 81- 166.75 82- 168.5 83- 170.25 84- 172 85- 173.75 86- 175.5 87- 177.25 88- 179 89- 180.75 90- 182.5 91- 184.25 92- 186 93- 187.75 94- 189.5 95- 191.25 96- 193 97- 194.75 98- 196.5 99- 198.25 Pyromaniac, Hyperfried |

EDIT: Dang, my theory doesn't work. Some lvls are dead set on an increase on 2, and some lvls increase 1-2 exp. I'd now say that there is a common increase of 2, e.g lvl 61 = 132 exp, but there might be a slight difference (meaning I sometimes get 131 exp at lvl 61 instead of 132 exp).
My theory was so good aswell

firemaking level 1-10 = fire lasts 1 minute
11 - 20 = 2 mins
21-30 = 3 mins
31 - 40 = 4 mins
41 = 50 = 4 1/2 minutes
51-60 = 5 mins
61-70 = 6 mins
71-80 = 7 mins
81-99 = 10 mins
(NOT CONFIRMED. WE TRIED THE LEVEL 1-56 theory it worked. but higher levels not confired cuz we arent that high pyros lol)
