Man, it's so crazy. I went and saw the optometrist today and now I have trial contact lenses!! It's pretty intense. Like, I've never seen myself without glasses before!!

Although it's annoying since they're not the right power, since the guy said I have some sort of stigmatism in my eye and the trial lenses that he has don't reach my power, so it's kinda blurry but kinda clear. The guy said he'd order me some trial ones with the correct focus, and hopefully they'll be here on Tuesday, but that's pushing it. Either then, or after the trip. So it's gonna be hilarious tomorrow when I go to soccer and I won't have my glasses on.

It's so funny, I took about 5mins+ to put in one contact lens after he did it for me. Pretty much, I was sitting there stressing, panicking and actually about to cry, while he was trying to calm me down and walk me through it.

I'll have to wear them tomorrow for soccer, since it'll be pretty much bucketing down. Stupid Hamilton weather.

I used to read music, but tended to find the plot a bit lacking. After a while it all seemed a bit flat.

Yeah Tanny once you get the hang of it you'll be fine, mate.

If not, it's no biggie having to wear glasses. Well... they can get a bit annoying at times...
I thought about getting contacts, I know I'd take a while to get used to putting them in too.. but it's more the cost of them that has stopped me from getting them....

Contacts are pretty easy to put in after a while. Eventually, you don't even notice them in your eyes.

I just got those oasis lenses be acuvue. Good god, I cannot feel them. Get them if you can.
It sucks that they're $30USD for a box... which is a 2month supply. Then there's the contact fluid...

Oh well, $25 a month is very worth not having glasses.
