A mostly-closed stand sits with unusual smells waifing off it. A sign is attached to the bottom of the stand, depicting a phoenix in flight and reads, "The Taste of Trabia." A pale, brown-haired man in blue is behind the counter and greets anyone who approaches the stand.
"Hello! Would you like to try Trabian cuisine? There is nothing that compares to it. All of it is made fresh; some of it we make while you watch to ensure its freshness! Try some today. You won't regret it!" he says. "Just give me your order from the menu board. If you have any questions, just let me know."

The board above him gives the name, price, and a short description of the foods:

Shchi (4 cinii) A simple hot soup made with cabbage.
Lapsha (5 cinii) A noodle soup with a chicken or milk broth.
Potato Stew (3 cinii) A simple (but strong!) stew.
Pelmeni (5 cinii) Dumplings made of thin dough stuffed with minced pork.
Pirozhki (8 cinii) Buns stuffed with chopped boiled meat and chopped hard-boiled eggs. Comes in pairs.
