Joining Some Groups what the title sais

So i would like to join two SP groups:
1.-cooking
2.-mining
My cooking is 60 and going up, my mining is 62 and also going up: So can i be added to those groups?
Also i killed the dragon ages ago, so could i get that thingy behind my name in the mebers list?
