What if 10 of us each recruited three people a month? That would be 90 newcomers by the end of the year.
What if each week someone hosted an event? That would be good, right?
-------------------------------------
We could easily handle it. I'm not suggesting that we literally do that, but it should be obvious the kind of impact that we can make with just small contributions to the community. We really have enough activity to comfortably get back on the right track, but we just need to do it.
Threads are easy... If you want to discuss something, just post it. If you find something cool, let us know about it. If you want to entertain, maybe start some trivia or a game.

Recruiting is also easy... You could tell friends about us. If you play a game, you could easily spread the word. I would even consider it recruiting for a member to remind an old member about us.
What about events? They can be easy or complicated, but they should be fun. It's not really that hard. Most of the time, once an event starts, it just goes on its own.

With this mindset, we'll be moving faster as time goes on. Isn't that like SeeD in the first place? We started small but got moving so fast eventually that we just stopped having to worry about it. It would be easier now than it was back then...
