Eeessh. I'm fine now. They couldn't find anything wrong with me, and I seemed to have stopped for the time being.

Yeah smoking is ba-.. Yeah.

No word though, so as far as I'm concerned, status Green. We'll see how the rest of the week plays out, though.

So like, I totally figured out what was up with it.

Yeah. I know. It's bad. But an addiction is an addiction. And I just now recall what could be the culprit. Snowy, take heed.

Black Clove cigarettes. They do it. I guess it's an offset of the taste and flavor. It's something I grew quite fond of, but a coworker reminded me that use should stay minimal at best. There are chemicals in those things that make your lungs bleed on contact.

'Lo and behold, here I am. A handful of blood and a helluva mess to clean up. For real guys. I told myself I wasn't gonna get addicted. I did. I'm breaking it, but once you get on the stuff, it's really hard to get off. I can't really condemn anyone that does it, because it'd be hypocritical of me to say so. Best I can do is encourage whoever to not do it. 'Cause while it honestly does knock stress down a few stories, it's got some bad stuff that comes with it. I'm working on cutting out, but it's a lot harder than I thought it was gonna be.
