Hes pretty versatile too. He went from a drummer (Nirvana) to a lead singer.

Indeed. In fact, he played all the instruments on the first album. He's also got a signature Gibson hollowbody.

I absolutely love this version. "Astair" is already one of my very favorite songs and this recording is so much closer than the album version to the way he plays it live. Quieter, slower, sadder, without the band. Wonderful.
