What do you train on in benching, Bespetna? Got a training program that I can take a look at?
Not exactly know what you mean.
Right now I am lifting dumbbells in order to get my left arm to be as strong as my right arm since I dont have a bench press.
Some of my friends have gym memberships to the local gym and thats were I bench.

Stop with these negative posts, I accept everyone's advice.
I usually fast walk/run as fast as I can 3miles, takes me 45min
Then I when I life my dumbbells only go up to 30lbs, I can curl that like 20 times on right hand then 10 times on the left one (its weaker), but I do 3 sets on my left hands. I also do 20 crunches, lift 2 20s (max i can get 2 dumbbells of) while lying down on the floor in an up motion at least 20 times. All this takes about 15min
I do this 6-7 days a week
Iv'e lost 15lbs in the past 1month with this method, I am kind of scared though that the results were that fast.
Maybe you can suggest some better arm exercises?

I live in Cali...
All previous points you have made are now invalid.
You're one to talk, Tex.

Actually, he's right. Real Californians don't call it "Cali."
...I hereby request forgiveness for the brief period during which I used that term, btw.
It's my state. I'll call it what I want.

I use that and socal interchangeably.
Eh I also say "NorCal" and "SoCal" so whatever.

Bes, to even out your arms the first thing you need to do is fap with the other hand. Obvious preferred masturbation arm is obvious.
Sigged.
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

Well, mistake number one:
Don't do it 6-7 times a week. Your muscles need a day after training to recuperate, so the best would be 3 times a week.
2:
If you can't do the same on the left as on the right, drop the weight on both, so you train equal. If you don't, you'll just inbalance it further.
Some good exercises with dumbells:
Biceps curl. 3X10 (3 sets, 10 reps)
Incline bench press dumbells. (3X10) ( http://www.youtube.c...h?v=tka3-WM3r9g )
Dumbell fly. 3X10. http://www.youtube.c...feature=related
Crunches/situps. I do usually 100 of these.
Pushups.
Dumbell Rows. 3X10. http://www.youtube.c...feature=channel
3X10 on each hand - Forearm curls. http://www.youtube.c...h?v=Hb99wBkcQd0
And lastly, a little bit for triceps: 3X10 Triceps extension. http://www.youtube.c...h?v=uPLWjJOJJ3I
I'd suggest you to get yourself to a gym or get yourself some different bars that you can use to lift, as well.

That is great man, ill deffinatly try those out. Thanks for putting in you time to help me out.
The reason I am lifting weights everyday is because I dont lift them for that long of time. But, I think I will start concentrating more on lifting wights for 45-1hr for 3-4 days rather then 15min a day. I still want to get my 3miles of running in every day though.
I dont really want to get a gym membership again rite now because I am getting used to coming home from school at 4pm really tiered so i take a nap and excersise around midnight.
I want to buy another 2 20-25lb plates so I can expand my dumbbells to 40lbs each and that is what I should really be lifting and I feel comfortable lifting.
