Recently I have been sent a very large number of private messages about a variety of topics and have not had enough time to reply to all of them. Please don't think that I skipped your message if you have not received a reply yet (even if you sent it over a week ago), I have been quite busy and the number of private messages has been increasing exponentially.

I will encourage sending me feedback and comments regarding the site as usual, though please don't send me topics which can more easily be discussed on AIM or a chat (at least for now). Also, please keep the following in mind:

- Always explain what the PM is about. I have had a number of members send me messages like "Please sign onto Runescape, I have something important to tell you." The worst time for me to sign onto Runescape is generally while I'm on the forums, for I'm usually working on something which takes time. Asking me to sign onto AIM isn't a problem usually, though don't be discouraged if I somehow miss a message (in the period of posting a long topic, I sometimes receive more than one message and cannot check what was sent). But still, please tell me what you wish to talk about in your message.

- Don't PM me about something you emailed me. I don't skip anything in my email, and I am behind with that as well. If you sent me something via email, it doesn't need to be sent via private message as well (and the same in the other direction).

- Please don't reply to something I sent with a topic which is different from the title. This isn't a major problem, but it is a little confusing when I have a message like "Re: Error on the forums" which is about an event or something. Again, not a major problem, but sometimes certain topics are prioritized based on urgency and it could cause me to overlook your message for a day or two.

Don't worry if you have sent me anything like that, but please keep this thread in mind when sending me private messages in the future. I do not wish to prevent messages from being sent to me, though I also wish to be able to serve you more efficiently.

Thanks! TheSmile.gif

Wow, I've been thinking about that as well... Didn't know that anyone would actually want to handle support though, hehe. I will definitely look into this, in a few minutes I will post an application for anyone interested.

Yeah, Cspace could really use some help with all of these questions. The people chosen could be like SeeD Guides and are the SeeDs you should pm if you have question about SeeD. Everyone should know if their question or problem is imortant and can only be told to Cspace.

Moderators reply saying they moved it so that everyone knows that they moved it. bluetongue.gif The moderator should try to reply to the actual topic though.

I usually do, though it can be a bit shorter than normal, heh. Anyway, I really like the idea of official "Secretary".

We can have them filter the easy-answerable or fixable questions and things back towards the members, and then leave only the "important" ones to Cspace.

Well it'd increase the speed with which Cspace could respond to problems and decrease the amount of work he'd have to do, so sounds good to me. Perhaps having a few guides would be good, I can think of quite a few people competent and willing to help (2 or 3 should be able to do the job though).

Cspace, PICK ME!

Lol, but seriously. If there were 2-3 people, I'd probably have someone from this group:

Me, Hyperfried, me, Baseballl, me, Star Jedi, me, Dragonman, me, X Zolon, me, or someone else *Coughmecough*
