I really don't see how this is "out of line". A SeeD Voice is a good thing. If that gets out of hand, fine. But nothing's happened...

You could just combine papers, with you two as the head reporters/editors/etc.

Nah, I have a better idea.
It'd be good to have two papers:
A weekly, and a monthly.
My monthly one covers a wider ammount of Info, so he could do a weekly one, and I'd do the monthly one. His could be the SeeD Voice, and mine, the Zolonian Crosser.
It's liek what we have here:
Daily, we have the Saskatoon StarPhoenix. On Sunday, we have the Sunday Sun.

In Secondary forums category, we'll have "Newsletters"
then, 3 sub forums:
the lobby, where people can apply, ask for subscriptions to the premium (you pay 1000 and get entered in a contest, it's the same paper, all money goes to the prize)
and such and such.
The Zolonian Crosser locked forum is fgor the ZC.
THe SeeD Voice locked forum is for the SeeD voice!
