u arnt assigned them or any thing just tht u do them on ur own time or when it is neccassary at tht time

If you want a job just add it to the Jobs section in your profile in the member Manager Forums. grnwink.gif Some jobs have requirements though, and you must meet them in order to put them in your profile. Remember that you're responsible for the jobs you have entered into your profile.
