We have been having numerous difficulties with responding to everyone quickly, including members of both CurvedSpace and SeeD. We are truly sorry about this, but we are currently reorganizing much of our customer support. Forms will be available for direct support queries involving CurvedSpace including requests for forum hosting. Less urgent queries will be sent in the same way as they are currently. This will allow us to serve you quicker, and provide the content which everyone wants most.

The new Customer Support Team will be based on the forums and will currently handle queries via a support username involving the Runescape clan SeeD. Once set up, all questions and requests involving SeeD must be sent to this name, which will be provided shortly.
