OK, I won't give out rewards 'coz I'm kinda poor...

I'll start with an easy one...

First Riddle Thing: Greg and Tim go to their local tennis club and play three tennis matches. Both win and lose an equal amount of matches. How is this possible given you cannot have a draw in a tennis match?

Please don't post an answer if someone else already has posted that same answer.

Was one betting 3 matches (the kind you light fires with) that he'd lose 3 matches (the tennis game kind)???

Second Riddle Thing: To refresh his senses after a wild party, a man goes out for a walk across a wet and windswept moor. There is low cloud cover, and not a single star could be seen in the sky. The man is relatively new to the area, and doesn't know the geography of the moor. He has no torch or compass, and there is no moonlight to guide his path.
How does the man avoid getting lost?

No, he has no navigational equipment (except his brain) whatsoever.

isn't a moor a dock? and if it is, then he could hear the water, and just walk wherever the water was quietest. Whatever_anim.gif

Third Riddle Thing: Billy is reading about Ancient Greece. One of his books shows a picture of the remains of a Temple in Corinth bearing the inscription 46BC. He looks in another book and sees a picture of exactly the same Temple, but on this one the inscription says 46AD.
How does Billy know which date is accurate?

it has to be AD

40, if you mean the digits 6 and 7.

2, if you mean the numbers six and seven.
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.
