As you may have known, many conflicts have come to the leaders attention. These ranging from small misunderstandings to large "get people to take sides" fights. Everyone knows that conflict can not be avoided, but they can be stopped correctly and possibly prevented before they start.

Cspace has asked me to make this topic, to show all the Seeds what happens when you start conflicts and consistently urge them on. Lately some people have been stuck in the middle of these, some people such as Star Jedi, Hyperfried, Headhunter, Mrb1 (old member coming back, he shouldn't have had to see these), and myself. This really tears up the clan.

Yesterday Bigbro69 was issued a temporary, 1 week banishment. The reasons consist of : Flaming and insulting, talking behind various Seed's backs, and not following Seed Chat rules. All of these were proven with evidence, but that is not the important part.

The message in my post is that you need to follow rules. Cspace made the topic in Announcements "This has Gone Too Far". He said the next person to start a conflict and keep urging it on would get banned. Cspace has stuck to his word. Bigbro, and I don't want to insult him, but he is part of the perfect model conflict for this situation.

So, please take a look in the topic and take everything he said there and remember it. Cspace is now cracking down on it, he has had enough. Leaders will also be respected from here on out, whether you like it or not. Those leaders are Generals and up, but you need to remember that mods also have a rank and thus they should be respected also. Even more, all member should be given respect, even if they aren't your friends. Keeping in mind of what Cspace said and applying it to yourself, you will have no problem and this won't affect you.

I never flamed and cussed, but Bro has caused fights for weeks and he is finally having action taken against him. Note - I didn't start the conflict.

Err... It's not fair just to ban one person becuase of it. Personally, I've seen Headhunter go full force into arguments and completely ignore what me, Star, or any other op/mod says.

Anyone who adds to the conflict should be punished. Especially when they insult and swear at another member. He should be temporarily banned at least, he seems to be getting away with things that way, and constantly ignores me when I tell him to stop. Then, he starts acting like he did nothing, and tries to get away with it. And he normally does.

I always try my hardest to respect what people say. When you get flamed it is a natural instinct to flame back. Im sorry you feel this way. I can tell you that I did not start those conflicts (if you knew why he was banned, that was most of the reason) and that mabye you should learn how to discipline and find respect to pay me before I pay it to you.

The thing is, when some other people do it, no one takes action.

well thts just taking all my fun away...i try my best to find out who was right and who was wrong..so i help out the innocent guy (IE: LLL when he was almost framed) i mean i know when to stop and all but its just no fun when i cant argue...its my life! besides...i only argue if it interests me and i know i can win...well mainly interests me...

and i do see alot of ppl get off because of who they r...not pointing out any names and such but its still the point..

ill try not to defend the innocent guy any more if it means ill get in trouble for it sad.gif
