I always try my hardest to respect what people say. When you get flamed it is a natural instinct to flame back. Im sorry you feel this way. I can tell you that I did not start those conflicts (if you knew why he was banned, that was most of the reason) and that mabye you should learn how to discipline and find respect to pay me before I pay it to you. |
Headhunter, I know the feeling, honestly, I do. I've been pinned in a lot of conflicts before this, that I didn't want to get in. I know that people have been talking that I am acting more important than I really am, but look at it this way: If I didn't, this clan would have gone to **** around 7 times by now.
Whenever I take control (from lack of a higher ranking member) I'm just trying to get things solved.
I don't like having to fill out reports about conflicts, really, I don't.

maybe but i doubt it it would have worked out either way didnt/dont have to take resposibility to join the fights and try/suceed in solving the problems it all depends what your decisions are "your actions determine your future" some people make bad decisions and some make good it all depends.

sorry for the double post, but i need to comment on this. you should respect all SeeD, from the beginning. if they dont respect you still, take it up with Cspace. If people who arent mods or s-mods or anything of the sort see that a mod can get away with something like flaming, then they will do it. there needs to be a flat standard.
i think that if mods want to argue, and people are in SeeD Chat, and they dont have the same Instant Messaging Software (I.E. AIM, MSN, Yahoo, etc...) then they should post the concerns in the mods forum. this way, only mods see it. it greatly limits the amount of people who can see the fighting, and information can be shared without influencing a large part of the clan.

...I think that was a little too harsh...
Shouldn't both people get in trouble because of one continuing the conflict even though the other was flaming, insulting whatever...IMO...this isn't fair that only bro has to take the blame...you did read that thingy on the thingy syndrome thingy he has...can't blame people sometimes...I think that it was too harsh...but that's what I think of course...
erm...this could be a potential conflict over like who starts conflicts, who keeps going and stuff...
I don't get into conflicts, but I defend people and I normally watch from afar...
~Tri...I really do think that was too harsh

I would love to respond to this entire ordeal... I really would... but in all honesty if I posted what I was thinking right now, i'd probably be banned for starting yet another conflict, seriousily.
I feel that they are valid comments... but wrong place, wrong time...
some other time maybe.

I kind of agree...I have words I would like to say, but I'd rather reword some and appear friendly sometimes...even though it boils in me...

Oh well, it seems like Bro is taking it well and may actually learn something from this... It is time that rules need to be enforced, or it will only get worse. Serph, there is usually not one innocent and one guilty. Most people don't start flaming someone completely unprovoked and keep going, even without getting a response from someone else. Defending people is fine, but try not to take sides, and try not to flame others in your attempts to defend...
Zolon, I too have seen Headhunter involved in quite a few fights... However I don't generally see him start them, he does seem to come in part way through. He does try to prevent conflicts, just sometimes seems to get a bit overly angry and ends up flaming back... Heady, I think you should start stepping down if you think you're not going to appear fair, before you get the blame for one of these things...
I agree it isn't fair to only have one person blamed, however I don't think Bro got banned for just this fight. As great a guy as he is, he has been participating in quite a few conflicts over the last few months... So if you want to give the blame to someone else at the same time, there would be at least 10 people who would also need a temp ban. Not fair on Bro, but no other way to deal with it right now. Next time though I strongly recommend both sides should get punishment, perhaps lighter sentences for those less involved.
These are just my opinions, if yours differ then thats not my fault. Oh and I'm glad to see this thread hasn't degenerated into flaming (despite several close calls), good job.

Thanks for posting this BBall, but I'm going to close this now because I do not wish for Big's situation to be discussed without his ability to reply. He is still a SeeD and a member of our community, he's just not able to post here until the 18th.
I will say that there have been warnings, and a number of members are said to have been involved with causing him trouble on the chat. Remember that you, too, could be banned like this if you are actively involved in situations like this. Hopefully no one else will have to be banned for reasons like this again.
I'm sorry that the clan's situation has come to this, but I'm seeing the conflicts decrease rapidly and hopefully SeeD will go back to its old ways and become, once again, the clan it used to be.
