before I was unable to keep playing rs i was trying to find a better way to (legaly) get more minning exp. I found it in bluerite! As you all know beyond that quest bluerite ore has no real use. However, I had found that it gave exp. comperable to coal for how easily this stuff is mined. Also with it requiring no minning lvl you get one pretty much every time you strike. yeah and not needing the ore helps cuase you never havta leave(that changed with fatigue but was restored with sleeping bags). as I remember it i got bout 3 times the exp within an hour then i got with coal.thye only probleme for low lvls is hob gobs, giants and such. i dont know having been gone so long if this still works but I thought id mention it. You may miss out on cash but if i woulda stayed on rs I coulda got in the minning guild and doing addy ore and such within a week considering my hours.

Not getting any rewards apart from experience is a pain, but worth it if you get that much more experience... However I think someone probably would have noticed by now if it's so much better. I'll check, and edit once I've figured out if this still works.

Mining iron is by far the fastest, you can get 40-50kxp per hour doing that, and you don't get attacked often.

i mine iron in the dwarf mine. there is a spot with 3 iron rocks, and a mith rock. its god exp. you mine mith, then while the mith is respawning, mine iron. fill your inventory with mith. it is very helpful to bring a sleeping bag

I usually do iron in Dwarf Mines or Al Kharid. It's by far the fastest. Still, blurite's not that bad
