As you walk down the dusty road, days from the last city, you see a jade color lake and on an island in the middle of the lake. The road leads to a bridge that goes to the island. You look around and see strange things in the distance. Also you notice there are no roads and as you turn around you see the road you came in on is gone. A wooden sign as now appeared in front of you. You read, " Thow has lost thy self, only through the madness ahead can thow be found." You ponder what that ment as you walk across the bridge to the island. You reach the tavern and look in. You see a strange assortment of people in the tavern. As you take a step forward the bartender says, "Hello there stranger, come have a drink and relax for what lies ahead is the adventure that every man dreams of. Here is the only place to find refruge until you complete your little adventure... Welcome to the Green Lake Tavern."


(ok a few rules:1 no god like actions please 2 no creating ncps i will be one character in the tavern and the bar tender 3 You can i and suggest you do form parties and leave the tavern to explore the outside 4 no creating monsters unless you are out of the tavern away from the lake if you are in a dungon or going to a dungon then anyone in the party can create monsters. 5 there are 4 dungons (DO NOT CREATE MORE i will add more if enough people get involved in this) The 4 are
Cavern of Ice, Lake of Fire, Temple of Electricty, and Desert Dungon. 6 fighting is allowed in the tavern. That is really all i have to say just have a good time)

A man named steps into the bar. He was tall maby 6' 2" or taller. He wore a black cloak covering himslef. The cloak almost seemed to absore small amouts of light. He slowly walked to the back and took a seat. One man tried to look at his face but could only see blackness where his face should have been. It was as though a shadow was covering his face. The man pulled out a black piece of metal like his cloak. He pulled out a strange black knife with a purple arua around it and started to carve the metal.

When Dalkindaran, Edger, Matthew, and the others arrived, they greeted the bartender asking for information about this strange inn.

"Hello There! Well lets see your looking for information...humm this place has been here for as long as i can remember. I myself dont know too much about the place cept every time i try to leave i end up back here. Must be somthing to do with that sign by the lake. Anyway I found this building abadoned and I decided to set up a tavern here. Anything else you would like to know?" says the bartender who looks excited at seeing new faces

"This place creeps me out, bartendar who runs this place???"

"Well i kinda just found this place here and found all the supplies down in a cellar. I honestly dont know who owns this place the only person that has been here in the last month is that guy over there. He just walked in and sat down. I dont think he has got up since he came here. He doesnt do much though just sits there and every know and then asks for some water. Only thing he does becides sit is carve what looks like to me a quarterstaff out of his strange black metal. I think that thing will be one heck of a wepon when he finishes. "

"I'd like to know if there is any adventure I can find here," Dalkindaran replies.

Kurimu enters the tavern

"Excuse me, are there any villages nearby? I was following a dirt path and seem to have lost my way. I need to find my way soon or I'll miss the big fighting tournament in the next city. While I'm waiting, i'll have an ale."

"Hey you got any water that is drinkable I'm kind of thirsty" Edger say as he walks over to the counter/bar.

"Here take this water. And here is your ale. As for villages near by none. I have searched for days and havent found a single shread of human life. As for your adventure... when you are ready to start it a new dirt path will appear- fallow that and you will have the greatest adventure of you life!"

"Well, I guess there won't be much around here so I'm ready for this adventure. Bartender, where should I look for a dirt path?"

"I'm right behind you" Edger says after chugging down his water

OOC: I didn't ask where Edger was Auron.

IC: Suddenly, everyone feels what seems to be a great rumbling of the earth. The whole inn shakes and mugs fall and explode on the ground, people trip, and even some of the floorboards split. People are yelling and suddenly you here a huge growl coming from outside. The quake stops for a few seconds then returns, stronger than ever.
