I was thinking how some members: base, star jedi, cspace, crescens, etc... must have an overhwelming amount of PM's and it is very hard to answer all of them ASAP. Another problem besides that is determing the urgency of the PM. I have sent urgent ones to Cspace that get answered weeks later and kind of pointless ones that get answered 10 seconds later. How can they tell how important it is right? What if we had a SeeD wide scale that determined how important a PM is? It would be something like as follows:

1- Absolutely pointless but you should read it anyways.

2- This is kind of pointless but still a PM, you need to read it.

3- Your average PM.

4- Pretty important but it can wait.

5- Very urgent! Read this one first!

An example would be like:

I found a draw back of people mis-labeling PM's and then you would be reading the wrong things first. . . just an idea.

Thanks Cres. Im open to constructive criticism or if you have away to improve it. Maybe it can be rated by the number 3. EG:

1 - Complete spam (old 1 and 2)

2- Normal (3)

3- Very Important (4 and 5)

Which would you prefer?

Real good idea if it could be implemented... but I think IMO the spread might be too big. Keep it at 1, 2, 3... and hope people will actually use it correctly :-\ (what's the point if they put all their messages at highest level just so it can be read?)

If we cant add a text field for it under the topic description then maybe we can find a way to "attach" it. Hm, I will talk to Cspace. :-P

Thats the only drawback. Even if he could implement it to "SeeD Support" it would make a difference.

A good idea. I wouldn't hesitate to run it past Cspace as a Priority 5 PM
