Riot at the bank... I saw someone selling otto rune. I have pics of it but the floral server is down. There were a lot of people using otto chat flaming gower. And some kids were keeping the doors closed to the bank, chaos!

i was reading about this earlier on the runescape forums conf.gif i read that it was on world 1 too.

i seen the rebellion but me and a bucnh of ppl ran there and put parts of it down we resorted to flaming in it sad.gif but its down now and we are in control of world1 partly but the bearded woman are coming back lol
