belive in what the Bible says, proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding." everything will be alright, all you hve to do is let "God" take control.
The only way to do that is to simply get real with God, talk to him like he was ur best friend, let it all come out, and I belive that everything you are going through will turn out for the best. All you have to do is talk to him. He will listen.

actually tri, it did, in John 10:30 it says "I and my father are one", then you take that scripture and add John 3:16 which says "for God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH in him should not parish, but have everlasting life" therefore it said he gave his only begotten son *Jesus, then it says "I *Jesus and my fther are one" therefore it said Jesus is God. and he stated it. so yes it does say that he siad it.

any other religion....your right, however, do those religions actually have your beloved scientific proof behind them? or do they have prophesies that have actually been fufilled? I really doubt it, let me show you, there have been many different incidents recorded in the bible about the "end time" . In fact one of them was talking about the euphrates river drying up...........sounds strange right, that one of the largest rivers in the world qould just dry up al the sudden. Well years ago, there was a dam constructed on the euphrates river, so that at a moments notice they could drain the water from the river and it be just a river bottom.......coincedence? I doubt it.
I want to stress the fact that this is a debate and I personally am not getting upset by anything that is being said, and if I offend anyone with the words I say, I apologize, they are not aimed at anyone of any type of religion or belief system.

no god isnt real because if he was real then y do ppl still have diesases or ppl are still blind and i agree with miners first post if there is a god then y was earth chosen to hold us and y not mars or any other planet

I believe in God.... Just my opinion though. Why? Because I do. I don't have a reason.. I just believe, that if He is true, and I believe, I won't go to heIl. If he isn't true not a total biggy, because 1 hour in church every week (I go about once a fortnight) doesn't really matter much to us, if we will have eternal life.
Basicly, there's proof either way... Maybe God created the big bang??

some things to think about:
1) why should god cure all diseases? I see no point in that. let's all live in a world where people only die of old age...Think of the overpopulation, and the amount of diseases that would come from all of this. diseases would mutate much faster in that kind of eniroment.
2) Why would god make 1 life perfect and another one not? I guess you could say, it's not an act of god but an act of fate. if you did something, your great great great great great great great great could cure some horrible disease as a doctor. your wife could be someone you meet at a hospital after an injury.
this should fuel some things up. I personnaly believe that "God" is another name for Mother nature. scientist continually try and prove that there are "natural" causes to everything. What if god is really just a single entity we created to make how nature works make sense. in reality, this is what all religions are based on. a group of people witness a volcanoe errupt in ancient greece. someone had to of made that mountin do that they believe. they say that a "god" lives in the volcanoe and controls this "fire" they call it the God of Fire, and give it a name, and make a picture of it. in reality, this is an act of nature, and nature taking it's course.

i do not belive in christianity, i think its a load of c*** all that mirical stuff, but the christian rules are good ones to follow. the christian god was invented to help spread peace through the lands........

but some things, like the human soul were never created, they just are, they never were they never will, they always will be, they always were, the human soul just is - like the universe
but our mind is incredibly powerfull, more powerfull than we can imagian(unless we use this power of course)
take deja vu for instance, we can read what will happen, that is because there is no true 'time' we just are so if our mind is unleashed it can break out of our 'normal' perception of the world and 'everything' and see things without time and without boundaries.
'God' is just our mind trying to break free and show us the true meaning, and God is our minds at work trying to make us more 'Natural'
Anyway just a few(lol) words from the deeps of my mind and memory(though without time there is no memory)

I'm not really going to go through all the posts and read them, but here's my opinion.
