A better question would be when is the next sporting season going to start... Football is winding down... Basketball and Hockey are on... so next will be Baseball, but not for a couple of months. Spring training is coming up, and the name on it's own should signify when it starts

Baseball starts in April or late March, so expect sign-ups to start in early March or late February.
