i put no as this could lead to sum ppl getin 2 much power which is not what SeeD is based on

as i explained earlier, there is no chance of overpower. Cspace would be the Head of council, so everything goes through him if it is to be a true action. and, i respect Cspace enough to believe that he would be able to choose the right people, not power hungry tyrants. so i bthink this is a good idea, infact, it allows for more communication and organization.

this is how it wolud work...
seed(normal mem of seed)makes idead
Council member(chosen by cspace)votes on the idea then it yes it goes to cspace
Council leader(cspace) choeses yes or no of all the ideas said by Council mems
