well dosent have to be 1000ft or >1000 ft?
and if they are 1000ft apart then the rope will be straight and wont sag at all

A sharpshooter hung up his hat and put on a blindfold. He then walked 100 yards, turned around, and shot a bullet through his hat. The blindfold was a perfectly good one, completely blocking the man's vision.

EDIT: another hat, he hang his hat close to be where he was , pro, very very big gun, smal steps and big hat, he didnt nessicary put the blind fold on his eyes did i get it or at least get close?
