Everything you said was completely wrong. I can not go get exercise if I want. I can not go get a job. I can not go get a good education. My parents are quite possibly the most over-protective people in the country. You just blindly assumed that since you or other people may have the luxuries that these inmates have, that everyone in the world does.

well you can you know.... your parents cant stop you, its against the law for them to prevent you form getting a good education and decent exercise, not sure if there aloud to stop u getting a job though.
if they dont let you then just tell social serveices........they'll sort em

You are wrong, again. I am not 18, and not in college (which is what I said). Thus, no good education.

About the exercise, you are wrong, again. My parents can prevent me from doing whatever they choose. They are legally responsible for me. This means a roof over my head, clothes, and food. If I get no exercise because they don't allow it, then nothing can be done. (I still play hockey, which is against everything my mom stands for)

You know nothing of the law. Read a book.

well in britain and most of europe parents and gardiens have to let their child get good exercise, and thats that - if not then their child can get taken away from them and they have to pay a fine

by the way i feel sorry for you killer, if i had parents like that i would either run away or tell the police that they mistreat me

Nerd out for hours?

Most of the things I do in my life revolve around helping my friends, or mostly playing hockey.

And my parents do no more than what the law requires them to. Going to the police and lying is running away from a "problem".

This conversation is pointless, nither of us will win, and we're ment to be talking about 'Capital Punishment' so we better end this argument.
I'm not admiting defeat, I'm just doing what you should have done a long time ago as a mod.

im willing to continue this argument, its just surely we should be disscusing capital punishment - if you have any im programs that you wouldnt mind using then we could use them.......

**** Sin is right. Just drop it and get on with capital punishemnt. I'll start with something that caught my attention. Killer, you believe that rape should be punished quickly by death right. Scenario time:

Girl goes to party.
Girl meets guy in party.
Girl willingly has sex with guy.
Girl gets tested a week later.
Girl Found pregnant.
Girl claims rape.
Girl takes guy to court.
Jury made up of nazi femanists.
Guy found guilty, though we know he is innocent. (Not hard for this to happen.)
Guy put to death.

Morale of the story: Its way to easy to falsely convict someone for rape, so it definitely shouldn't get the death penalty.

Much Later....
Girl Dies.
Girl rots in ****.

Well, time for me to bring out my massive intellect of science...

You see Alpha, if a girl willingly has sexual intercourse with a male, then there is no vaginal scarring. If she is being held down against her will, she will struggle and vaginal scarring will occur.

Also, both parties get a say in making up a jury. And in the state of Maryland, everyone on the jury needs to agree on whether or not the defendant is guilty. Solid proof must be present to sway an entire jury to one way.

When I, wait, when someone rapes someone, they might do it at gunpoint. In that case, struggle might not occur. Crap, I can't think of a good comeback without posting a stupid, unlikely, hypothetiacl situation. Meh...

About the jury: Got that wrong.... maybe. It could happen.

About the science: Vaginal scarring, I know nothing of. Ewwww.
