Ah yes... the burning question going on in the minds of...

few...

No I didn't disappear, again. I still come here and read a post or two because that's all the time I have. I'll change my sig eventually and add an avatar with help(have a few choice ones on the list). Hmm, maybe I should get back to answering the question.

As some of you may have known, I had the oppurtunity to get another job. Low and behold I did manage to get the job. I now work for a corporation that works with the Department of Defense. Right now i'm at an engineering intern position but in a matter of months i'll become a honest-to-goodness Software Engineer. Thats a LOT more than I thought I would amount to. The hours though are demanding, they request that I do 40 a week although technically I could leave whenever I feel like. I feel that I have to catch up and get to running speed with my new coworkers so i'll do as much as I can. 8-5, 9-5, from monday to friday. that explains the mornings, but the evenings?

I still have to work with Hallmark. Since I originally set up my internship with them and it's already halfway through the semester, i'll have to stick with them until the semester is over. That's monday, wednesday, friday, saturday, and sunday. not only that, but I have classes on tuesday and thursday nights.... ewww... 65 hours of work a week, 4 class hours... *shudder*

well, it's almost 11:30 here, and I should be asleep getting ready for tomorrow. My schedule is packed for 2 months so I really wont be Truly back until the summertime.

For those who're worried about me, just to let you know: it's a lot, I know, but most of the people I work with in my new job is friendly. their favorite word is 'stuff' biglaugh.gif it's a laid-back relaxing environment but i'm still working with the DoD, and that means helping to protect the nation. A big responsibility that i'll be more than willing to take. And my other responsibilities are just for 2 more months. s'alright.

i'll keep in touch as much as I can! I'm not gone, just away on leave.

Nasty workload eek7.gif . Just don't overwork yourself too badly, you know what happened last time... We'll be here whenever you get the time to drop in, and good luck trying to juggle all that stuff.

If you can email me any pictures, I'd be glad to upload them so you can get yourself an avatar.

Oh, and try not to blow anything up at the DoD bluetongue.gif

You will love the DOD. Helpful hint : Don't do ANYTHING for ANYONE if you think it sounds a little fishy (nice word? lol). Anyways, I know some of those Gov tricks, don't fall for them grnwink.gif

Good luck with your new job with the corporation bluetongue.gif
