Another Virus Or Something?

This has NOTHING to do with that link. Many of you heard of diablo right? Well when i played i downloaded hacks for that game. One that changes stats and another that makes you not die and stuff. Yes you are thinking thats cheap. Well in that game everyone has and its best for survival. Back to the point i removed that a long time ago. Well something is in most of my files that looks like the main diablo hack file. Whats it there for? It has a black and gray skull. One is in my cookies folder. I try to delete it and it says "Cannot delete index. This file is being used by another person/program." i CAN delete the others but i cant delete the one in cookies. Any ideas?

If you want to delete it...

HIT RESTART

BEFORE THE WINDOWS LOADING SCREEN POPS UP, HIT F8. SELECT SAFE MODE. LOCATE THE FILE AND DELETE IT. THEN JUST RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.

That should do it...

in my old cpu i got in safe mode and couldnt get out lol

its ment only for diablo lol. anyway at least someone understands why I use it. I just go in a dungeon and POW me sa dead
