I did an augmented matrix on this, then looked at some of nostradamus' work, and came up with the answer. George Washington was born on Pesidents day!

i think this is what it means... January has 5 Sundays ( if you counted it correctly ), so its just naming them. Like 1st Sunday and so on. But in January there is no 28th Sundays, because there is only 5!!! so is it??
