A Trabian official is standing on the snowy street corner with a person you assume to be a citizen. The two seem to have just started talking about something so you move a bit closer to hear them.
The citizen is asking a question: "Why do we have this increase of drones now? I mean, I know there was an announcement, but I never heard an explanation. Are we in danger of something?"
The official listens and begins answering: "No, we aren't in any danger now. The increase is just because our leader feels that there is a chance of outside aggression."
The citizen does not seem very reassured.
The official adds: "Don't worry. It isn't likely; it's just a precaution."
They then begin talking about other things.
