Just wondering, how will you investigate any claims of hacking and scamming? People can't really be proven of scamming without a screenshot, which wouldn't ever happen or it's the victims own fault for realising it's a scam, taking a pic and continuing anyway.
As for hacking, well I have no idea how you'd find hard proof for that sort of thing. Maybe you could fill me in?

What is someone makes a bank character
Read the rules much there, bud? "Bank" characters are not allowed, period.
Just because someone considers himself special doesn't mean he is exempt from the rules that the rest of us have to abide by.

Screenshots would just be one aspect contributing to evidence. Examples of checking out someone would include logging into the game to talk to them, checking out any clans/clan forums they might be affiliated with, e-mails, chat logs, and so forth.
The other side of this project is dealing with scam sites as a whole. That in itself is quite a large undertaking.

So then Echliurn, what you're saying is that you should be able to play someone else's game and not have to sit and read the rules because they're boring and interfere with your enjoyment of the game?
I suppose it would be a bit reaching of me to say that you're one of the people who break said rules, then?
What a shock that would be...someone who breaks rules being opposed to a group of people who keeps track of rulebreakers.

Look I don't wanna have an argument over this. If you cannot say anything constructive then please, go away.
