This is my idea for a group of people in SeeD chosen very carefully to keep the peace in this clan. Because it isn't just a certain group of people causeing conflicts, it's a lot of people members, mods, s-mods, everyone! This is my Idea, any suggestions, or thoughts on this Idea are very welcome. Please help me to stop the conflicts in this clan, and restoe it to what it once was.

I believe this clan is in dire need of a Peace Core. I think this should consist of 3 SMods, 7 Mods, and the rest members. In order to maintain peace, fair power is needed to keep conflicts at a minimum. Seeing as there are many forums, I think that the most appropriate mods should be chosen as the mods that moderate the most active forums. The SMods should consist of 2 new SMods and one pre-existing SMod. In order to keep this balance of peace, there must be a balance in power. We need people who aren't corrupt, and people who know how to be fair and unbiased. And by being unbiased, it means that you must be able to put your personal problems aside for the good of the clan.

I think it should be the duty of the 3 SMods to put together a list of rules that if broken, will result in swift and fair punishment. Too many people in this clan run freely with lack of warning or discipline, and it's the utmost reason of why I left. They are driving away more members than they are bringing in. It's sad when new members have to post in a topic about conflicts. I want to help, but I don't know if I have anything worth coming back for.

It's not an issue of spelling. It's an issue of symbolism. If you were the slightest bit inclined upon my vast knowledge of this language and its functions, you'd understand symbolism when you saw it. Peace Core. The whole core of this clan is based upon peace, and we need people to represent it. This core needs to take a physical form. And this form will be just and fair; therefore, the analogy presented is that this Peace Core will be the physical embodiment of an idealistic utopia that this clan has been built around. The old members talked peace and lived it, and it is the core of this clan. My spelling skills are irrelevant in this matter; moreover, my spelling skills should not be criticized by one who employs slang and misuses punctuation. The heart of this clan is its core, the core being the peace, and my intentions were to make that apparent. Thank you for your support.

Hmm, I don't know. It might end up as yet another forum for even more conflicts. People disagree too much, so whoever is in the group should all hold similar views. Good luck with it. Heh, core...

This is a good idea, but I'm afraid is will have little chance of working. A cause of this all is the large amount of members SeeD now has. Everyone can't agree on everything, everyone has different opinions and personalities. Members also get annoyed with authority and dealing of punishments, power abusement, etc.. Right now we've got Star Jedi as Head of Conflict Resolution (who is doing a great job by the way ). And that's all we should need. Right now there's some rebels left and that's it. Right after that we'll get to work on SeeD, put in some new organizations, maybe restore some old, forgotten things, and bring SeeD into maybe another "Golden Age."

For this clan we can't have absolute peace. And we don't really mean to. This clan is for people to make friends and have fun. We are a peaceful clan because we keep the boards and website clean of things that are innappropriate and we are willing to ally with other clans. We also try to prevent wars and fights. But we will fight when we need to. If an ally needs help, we'll fight for them. If a clan declares war against us we're not going to ignore it and hope they go away. We'll try to negotiate because we are a peaceful clan, but if they keep refusing we will fight for ourselves. What I'm saying is we are a peaceful clan, but we're willing to have as much fun as we can.

Please don't leave forever though GM8. You can leave if you want, but it would be great if you could stay in contact with someone here so that they could notify you when SeeD has improved or you could occasionally check the forums or website. The clan will get better, I promise. With Cspace in the lead SeeD will never fall. We've also got great members helping him out. If everyone believes that SeeD will get better and has a positive attitude, we'll get to that Golden Age in no time.
