Feel free to join SeeD even if you're already in DoA! SeeD won't usually organize around a game's guild system, so there won't be any conflict. You can belong to both.

On the other hand, if you're not a DoA member and you join SeeD as a Guild Wars player, then go ahead and check out DoA! It's an awesome guild that also needs you, and many SeeDs are already there.
