Dokimos himself, emailed me today and due to large success coming from my recently set up site http://www.freewebs.com/uff_players/ which i have been posting on runescape forums everywhere(Over 350 visits Yea! ) to futher promote our glorious clan, He asked me if i was interested in the position of clan Editor to further promote us and i of course accepted. The Uff newsletter will contain an assortment of articles everything from what the lastest buzz in runescape to the storys Uffers like you (points to you) have to say, tips for runescape newbies, in depth runescape talks and debates on the hot topics, Interviews with some of runescape more well known players, Also the Uff/Runescape trading post for those of you have something to sell or buy.

So for those who are interested in further boosting Uff to new heights, I'd Like your help. If you've got a killer joke to tell, An awesome Pk you want everyone to know about, something to announce to everyone, got a great story to tell or maybe you've got something to sell as the Uff newsletter will be reaching many Runescapers.

Phil,

You are the UFF Newsletter Editor, not because it is a postion in UFF, nor because I have the power to give out positions. I do not do that. You made yourself the UFF Newsletter Editor by doing it!

You have continually embrased UFF values in the work. All I did was to recognize that.

Also, I am not the only one to do the recognizing of what UFFs do here. I am not above you nor over you in UFF.

Again, I can make no one a leader in UFF. This is something a UFF has to do himself, not by lordship, but by setting the example. Howbeit, UFF leaders can and do perform "by-example" leadership to help equip others.

Sometimes this is a pleasant experience of doing, sharing and imparting knowledge. Sometimes it is some painful correction. Nonetheless, this is the model of clanning UFF does.

As for Phil, what he did by starting the UFF Newsletter was to set a good example of performing UFF values in action. This is commendable in UFF. Well done, Phil.

This recognition was over due. Your art already had been well appreciated and I was concerned to give that my own mention much because I didn't desire you to be overburdened.

Nonetheless, even without me, UFF did recognize your present works of art for UFF. As you can see, recogntion in UFF does not start and stop with me. What I have done is laid the foundation for UFF and have sought only to keep it on that foundation.
