How to gain money:
There are monsters that will appear around the world now. Kill them and you will recieve small ammounts of oney (depends on area) and probably some other items. Some of these items must be appraised before identification (such as, you may get an amulet, cheer, then find out that it's really worth nothing )
You can get a job at a shop. different jobs call for different things, such as some, you may need to write up a book, or run errands.
Dungeons and quests sometimes come with rewards.
Taxes:
Taxes depend on class. They are to be turned into a bank/castle on Sunday of every week, or the closest day before that that you can get on.
