Well you can use paint. Just go to start then go to all programs then click accessories then click paint or ms paint then, you're free to make your own comics. You can use the Print Screen button (Usually to the right of F12) and press it then go to paint click edit then click paste. Now I know how to cut stuff off the picture just click the outlined rectangle and out line the stuff you want then click Copy to and it should copy to your pictures.

No real need to use the Print Screen button with these though. What I do is first make the background for one comic box. Then I add in saptires, then the words. Then save, open up a new paint, and make the next box. When I've finished all the boxes, I just copy+paste them all into a new document in paint, align them together in 'comic strip form', and done..

Just keep trying it and you'll figure it out.
